So as I am coming to the end of the 2010 wedding season I am meeting and shooting engagement sessions for 2011 couples. Alisha and Richard will be married late August of next year but WOW what a great day we had for there Engagement portraits. We headed down to well…umm…I’m not quite sure where we were exactly but it was pretty much in the Gravenhurst area. There were so many photo opts that I was that kid in a candy store type of photographer…constantly looking around and thinking..”then we go there…then we go there…then up here…then over there”. Alisha and Richard were fully on board. Because we had so many locations I had a hard time picking which photos to post so I added more than usually…It was a really fun shoot.

I couldn’t of asked for a nicer day. Its Thanksgiving weekend and the sun it out..and well…It’s really, really, really hot out!

Leah, Kyle and I walked through the trails out in Oakville for their Engagement portraits and we tried not to break a sweat but it was a steamy Sunday. Thankfully we were shadded most of the time and got a fantastic workout as we trenched through the fields for some beautiful images. Can’t wait for there wedding next year.

We met early to avoid the crowds but a few other photographers shooting engagement had the same idea. It was such great session. The Distillery has so many little pockets that are great for pictures. My favorite spot of our session was the oversized egg chairs that reminded me of Mork and Mindy.

I met Ginette and Jeremy at Scotsdale farm out in Georgetown today. The weather was very iffy but we managed to get some great shots before the wind and rain picked up.

I’ve known Ginette since High-school so I am a little extra excited to be apart of there special day.

It was a quiet drive downtown to Prince of Wales Park in Toronto. It was calling for a steamy day so we scheduled our engagement session early to avoid the heat. The park is located right on the water front so we where able to get a few great beach shots.
